SMD-lijmen
Roartis® biedt reeds verscheidene jaren SMD-lijmen aan. Deze lijmen zijn speciaal ontwikkeld voor assembleren van micro-electronica componenten alvorens het golfsoldeerproces. Onze portfolio bevat zowel materialen voor dispensen, jetten als drukprocessen.
Alle IQ-BOND SMD-lijmen zijn compatibel met Pb-vrije golfsoldeerprocessen, en bieden een hoge “green strength” om hoge opbrengsten te garanderen tijdens het pick & place-proces van alle gangbare SMD componenten.
