Elektrisch geleidende lijmen (ISOTROOP)

Roartis^® biedt zowel isotrope (geleidend in 3 dimensies) als anisotrope (enkel geleidend in de Z-richting) elektrisch geleidende lijmen aan.

Binnen de familie van elektrisch geleidende lijmen bieden we materialen aan waarvan de rheologie geoptimaliseerd is voor dispensen, jetten, stencil- of zeefdrukken en/of stempelen. Typische toepassingen omvatten het verlijmen van micro-elektronische componenten op temperatuurgevoelige substraten, zoals flexibele circuits, of het vervangen van soldeerpasta’s in toepassingen waar verhoogde flexibiliteit noodzakelijk is. Elektrisch geleidende lijmen zijn uitermate geschikt als alternatief voor harde en broze soldeerpasta’s in toepassingen waar grote thermische-cycli noodzakelijk zijn.
